The Role:
Inviox Studios is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Country Head to lead our operations in Istanbul, Turkey. As the Country Head, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of Inviox Studios in the Turkish market, managing key partnerships, overseeing day-to-day operations, and leading a talented local team. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding Inviox’s presence and impact in the gaming and entertainment industry.
What We Are Looking For:
10+ years of leadership experience in the gaming, tech, or creative industries, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven experience in managing operations, teams, and P&L for a multinational organization or a fast-growing start-up.
Deep understanding of the local market in Turkey, including business trends, customer preferences, and industry dynamics.
Strong network within the Turkish business and gaming ecosystem, including relationships with potential partners, investors, and talent.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, development, and operations.
Experience in strategic planning and execution, with the ability to set goals, drive results, and adjust tactics as needed.
Fluency in Turkish and English (both written and spoken) is a must; additional language skills are a plus.
A passion for the gaming industry and a strong understanding of gaming technologies, trends, and business models.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Istanbul office and take full responsibility for the growth, profitability, and success of Inviox Studios in Turkey.
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business in the Turkish market, focusing on increasing brand visibility, partnerships, and revenue.
Oversee operations, team management, and client relationships, ensuring that all projects and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Manage local budgets and financial goals, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability of the Istanbul office.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a talented local team of professionals, ensuring the alignment of their work with Inviox’s global objectives.
Collaborate with Inviox’s global leadership team to implement and align strategies across markets, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Monitor and report on market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to inform future business strategies.
