What we are looking for:
You have 4+ years of solid development experience in Unreal Engine 4/5 (UE4/UE5);
You have a deep understanding of Blueprints, C++, and game development workflows;
Strong experience in optimizing performance for different platforms;
Proven ability to operate, monitor, and document complex game systems;
Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision;
Upper-intermediate level of English;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in multiplayer and networked game features;
Familiarity with real-time rendering and visual effects;
Experience with VR/AR applications;
Comfortable working in time zones that align with CET (+/- 3 hours).
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize gameplay features and systems using UE5;
Utilize Blueprints and C++ to create innovative gameplay mechanics;
Set up and maintain development environments and collaborate with design and art teams;
Continuously optimize game performance across multiple platforms;
Debug, troubleshoot, and solve issues throughout the development lifecycle;
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience.
